The CDC says we should wash our hands for twenty seconds several times a day in an effor to fight The Coronavirus. Several sites have listed good songs to sing that take about twenty seconds. It seems that Dolly Parton's"Jolene" is almost always on that list.

Now Dolly has a new version of the song, written for just such an occation. The lyrics are a little different, so listen up...

"Jolene, Jolene, Jolene
I'm begging of you
Please don't TOUCH my man

Jolene, Jolene, Jolene
If you touch him
please go WASH YOUR HANDS"
she sings with her signature Dolly Giggle.

Speaking of Dolly, on Thursday she launched the first episode of "Good Night with Dolly" episode by reading the book "The Little Train That Could." In this series, Dolly reads select books from her Imagination Library, all carefully chosen for their appropriate content at this moment in time.

Here's the first episode.

As previously reported, Dolly is also doing her part to help fight COVID-19 by making at million dollar donation to Nashville-based Vanderbilt University Medical Center to fund research.
