at The Bluff on Highland


94.1 The Wolf presents the third annual Stars & Guitars show featuring some of the hottest country stars on tour including Chase Rice, David Lee Murphy, Scotty McCreery and Russell Dickerson.   94.1 The Wolf will be hosting this star studded event at The Bluff on Highland September 12, 2018 with doors opening at 6pm and show starting at 7pm.

All on stage together for one night only, Chase Rice (Ready, Set Roll, Three Chords and the Truth), David Lee Murphy (Dust on the Bottle, Everything’s Gonna be Alright) Scotty McCreery (Five More Minutes, Feelin’ It) and Russell Dickerson (Yours, Blue Tacoma). The artists will take the stage to talk about and perform their hit singles before a limited audience.  These artists have written, produced and performed all across the country including the Grand Ole Opry Stage. The party starts September 12th at 6pm at The Bluff, 535 S Highland St, Memphis for guests 18 and up.

David Lee Murphy, known for his songs "Dust on the Bottle", "Everything's Gonna Be Alright". Born in Herrin, IL, he eventually moved to Nashville to pursue a career in country music. The million-selling singer song writer has since released five solo albums and written for Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean and Thompson Square to name a few. This past April, Murphy and Chesney released an album together, No Zip Code, which features the #1 hit song "Everything's Gonna Be Alright".

Since arriving in Nashville, Chase Rice has built a loyal fan base following his debut album, Ignite the Night, which hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums, leading to not 1, but 5 top radio hits including “Ready Set Roll”. Rice also co-wrote “Cruise” for Florida Georgia Line. Chase was the runner up for the 2010 Survivor: Nicaragua reality series. The North Carolina native is currently finishing his sophomore album after landing a NEW label deal with Broken Bow Records. Hit new album Lambs & Lions came out November 17, 2017 and features his latest radio hit “Three Chords & The Truth”.

After winning the 10th season of American Idol, Scotty McCreery released his debut album, Clears as Day, in October 2011 and it soon became certified platinum. He has chart topping hits including “Feelin It” and “The Trouble with Girls” and has won two ACM awards. His current single, “Five More Minutes” is off his fourth studio album Seasons Change which was released in March of this year and hit number one on the Billboard Country Album chart its first week. McCreery recently married his long time love Gabi Dugal in North Carolina where the southern wedding was featured in People Magazine.

Russell Dickerson is from right up the interstate in Union City, Tennessee and he earned a degree from Belmont University before releasing his #1 song “Yours” which also landed on TheKnot.com’s list of best wedding song of 2016.  Dickerson has opened for David Nail, toured with Canaan Smith, Thomas Rhett, Billy Currington, and is currently on tour with Lady Antebellum and Darius Rucker. The Yours album includes a stripped down, wedding version of Yours, has been streamed more than 200 million times; the video has been viewed  more than 30million  times.
